Job Summary
Implement site safety systems and monitor compliance across HumeLink East operations. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and site walks while investigating incidents to identify corrective actions. Coach supervisors and subcontractors on safe work practices, review risk assessments, and deliver inductions and toolbox talks. Report safety performance trends to project leadership. This hands-on role supports the implementation of proactive safety culture and continuous improvement within a large-scale linear infrastructure project.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar safety advisory role
- Sound understanding of WHS legislative frameworks
- Incident investigation experience (ICAM or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
