Job Summary
Safeguarding & Wellbeing Coordinator within the EFI Group's Personal Progression Team to support student welfare, coordinate safeguarding interventions, and ensure timely referrals. Work closely with staff, students, parents and external agencies to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Part-time role (0.5FTE) based across EFI Group’s London campuses with Saturday work and 1.5 additional weekdays to be agreed. Requires GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4+ and ongoing professional development in safeguarding or wellbeing; First Aid and safeguarding qualifications are desirable. Experience in safeguarding, pastoral care, wellbeing, or student support, with strong interpersonal, organizational skills and a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student success.
Required Qualifications
- GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above
- Evidence of ongoing professional development in safeguarding, wellbeing, or student support
