Job Summary
Safeguarding Manager responsible for strengthening MSF-OCA’s safeguarding framework across headquarters and field programs, embedding prevention, detection, reporting, and learning; provide technical guidance to safeguarding staff, develop tools and trainings, monitor action plans, and engage with the wider MSF movement, based in Amsterdam or Nairobi with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- MSc in Law, Politics, History, Social Sciences or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in management, safeguarding, protection, or related area
- Experience in humanitarian contexts preferred
- Fluency in English mandatory; French desirable
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex safeguarding processes
- Cross-cultural competence and ability to work across diverse environments
- Alignment with MSF values
