Job Summary
Lead education across safeguarding, integrity, inclusion, and anti-doping; design and deliver engaging safe sport education through workshops and e-learning; shift mindsets from compliance to commitment; empower clubs, volunteers, athletes, participants, parents, and the wider RYA community; build trusted relationships and provide guidance; collaborate across teams to embed safe sport; evaluate and evolve programmes to maximise real-world impact; contribute to a culture where inclusion, respect, and well-being are non-negotiable; support anti-doping and safeguarding education aligned with national and international standards; contribute to compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering training or education to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and safe sport
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build relationships and inspire others
- Proactive, organized approach with commitment to inclusion and integrity
