The Safe Place & Youth Outreach Navigator serves as the primary liaison between The Relatives and the community, providing direct outreach and support to youth experiencing crisis, homelessness, housing instability, or family conflict. This role combines community engagement and Safe Place program management responsibilities with direct street outreach and youth navigation services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
