Job Summary
Safe Communities Coordinator role coordinating first-point-of-contact support for tenants and victims, triaging reports of anti-social behaviour, conducting risk assessments, setting up case-management processes, providing victim-support and safeguarding, assisting with meetings and project work, and collaborating with the team to deliver outcomes for tenants. Requires knowledge of social housing, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, GCSE-level education, strong organisation, empathy, and proficiency with MS Office; hybrid work arrangement with an office in Thetford, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- Knowledge of Social Housing, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding
- ASB/Community Safety qualification or willingness to work towards one
- GCSE level (or equivalent) education
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Empathetic and patient approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
