Job Summary
Formulate, implement, and evaluate behavior changes with families while assisting them in goal setting and home management tasks. Conduct safe visitations, home visits, and face-to-face contacts to ensure safety and cooperation with case plans. Act as a resource for crisis de-escalation and intervene to prevent inappropriate behaviors or promote productive interactions. Provide parent curriculum in individual and group settings and safely transport clients as needed. Evaluate youth and families for treatment needs and refer to appropriate resources. After a 60-day training period, schedule offers flexibility for hybrid/remote work up to two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related
- Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance

- Previous experience working with at-risk youth and families
