Job Summary
SAFe Agile Scrum Master to join DIA program; on-site in the Washington DC, MD, VA area; requires TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance. Facilitates Agile teams using SAFe and Scrum, coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures SAFe ceremonies and artifacts. Leads sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; tracks velocity and backlog health; collaborates with Product Owners and stakeholders to align with program objectives; supports Agile Release Train activities and coordination with Release Train Engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in any field with 4-12+ years of experience in Agile project management
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams
- Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of SAFe principles and ART operations
- Duties: Facilitates Agile teams using SAFe principles and Scrum methodologies; coaches teams; removes impediments; ensures SAFe ceremonies and artifacts; facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives; tracks velocity, manages backlogs, promotes continuous improvement; collaborates with Product Owners and stakeholders; supports ART activities and coordinates with Release Train Engineers
