Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and adjusting machines to keep production moving. Inspect finished products against standards, troubleshoot minor issues, and work as part of a team to hit daily production goals. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace on the fast-paced production floor. The role requires standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally. No bindery experience needed; training provided for those with machinery operation skills. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
