Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while making adjustments and monitoring quality. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. On your feet for most of the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, this full-time role offers training for those with machinery experience. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
