Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues to maintain production flow and hit daily goals. Inspect finished products against standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean workspace. Work on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime pay and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. No prior bindery experience required; training provided for those with machinery operation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
