Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep production moving by troubleshooting minor issues and working as part of a team to hit daily goals. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean workspace. No bindery experience required; training provided for those with machinery operation skills from manufacturing, warehouse, or trades backgrounds. 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
