Job Summary
Manage daily store operations by coordinating staff, monitoring merchandise arrangements, and ensuring sales targets are met. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback while supervising opening/closing procedures, cash registers, and shipments. Train new employees, manage work schedules, and oversee stocking to prevent out-of-stock situations. Report store performance and function to the Retail Store Manager. Maintain store policies and financial transaction accuracy. Requires high school diploma and 3+ years of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 3+ years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and management capabilities
- A good sense of details and visual appeal in order to arrange the merchandise alluringly
- Excellent observation and analytical abilities
- Ability to make the staff work as a team by portraying good leadership qualities
- Excellent presence of mind and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to handle stress
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
