Job Summary
Support operational projects in the sanitary and heating sector while acting as the primary contact for customers via phone, showroom, and reception. Manage organizational, commercial, and project-specific tasks including communication with clients and staff, order management, scheduling, invoicing, and claims processing. Collaborate with project leaders to execute daily business operations and contribute to internal process improvements. This role offers an unlimited contract within a traditional company specializing in renovation and heating modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kauffrau / Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) / Veranstaltungskauffrau (m/w/d)) / Bachelorabschluss eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengangs oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der SHK-Branche oder in einem artverwandten Handwerksunternehmen (z. B. Elektro)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Engagement, deren Anliegen stets zu erfüllen
