Handle export approvals independently by managing permits under national and international regulations including AWG, EAR, and ITAR. Advise the sales team on export control clauses during contract negotiations and coordinate the release of shipments. Review and evaluate pre-approvals against legal and internal requirements, ensuring alignment with authorities while monitoring collection permit validity and value limits. Support external economic audits and internal compliance monitoring measures, including the organization of training sessions. This role focuses on export control and trade compliance within HD Advanced Technologies' defense, energy, and industrial system solutions sectors.
