Handle internal and external complaints by creating and tracking 8D reports. Conduct failure and root cause analyses, then initiate and verify the effectiveness of corrective measures. Serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding quality issues. Develop and maintain test plans, control plans, and other quality documentation. Contribute to FMEAs and plan and document initial prototyping. Support process audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role requires a technical vocational training and experience in quality assurance, preferably within the automotive sector.
