Job Summary
Conduct telephone consultation and technical support for national and international clients, handling all customer inquiries, quotes, and orders in close collaboration with regional sales leaders. Prepare necessary shipping and export documentation while managing commercial correspondence and maintaining master data within the ERP system. Serve as the primary contact for French customers, overseeing the complete execution of customer service operations. Requires a successful commercial vocational training and excellent French language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Eigenständiger, service- und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Begeisterung für den Verkauf und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Ausgezeichnete Französischkenntnissein Wort und Schrift sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
