Job Summary
Support technical advisors by acting as the primary customer contact, handling inquiries, creating and finalizing quotes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Manage daily operations by entering orders into the CRM system, maintaining customer master data, and generating PV design layouts. Requires a completed commercial or technical education, strong technical understanding, and fluent, dialect-free German. Full-time role (40 hours/week) based in Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld with comprehensive onboarding.
Required Qualifications
