Job Summary
Manage first-level customer support via phone and email, handling ticket intake, prioritization, and documentation while performing initial technical diagnostics. Coordinate service technician dispatch by scheduling appointments, aligning with clients, and managing maintenance and incident deployments. Collaborate closely with technical teams, sales, and project leadership to execute service operations and handle administrative tasks within the service department.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Organisationsgeschick und Freude an der Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
Desired Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik
- Erfahrung im First-Level-Support oder in der Disposition
