Job Summary
Conduct thorough and reliable examination of property-specific documents to prepare real estate valuation reports. Coordinate closely with colleagues in the valuation department and independently communicate with clients, network partners, and public authorities regarding document acquisition. Perform organizational tasks as needed. This role supports the onval AG team in Erfurt, where certified staff deliver high-quality market and mortgage valuations for the financial sector across Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Immobilienbereich (z.B. Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d), Studium mit Fachrichtung Immobilienmanagement oder Architektur) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
