Job Summary
Conduct independent import and export procedures while adhering to customs and foreign trade regulations. Create and process customs declarations in the ATLAS system, manage EMCS shipping processes, and oversee warehouse entry and exit for excise duty goods. Submit monthly excise tax declarations on time and coordinate export customer orders with logistics, suppliers, and customs authorities. Generate transport orders, delivery notes, and customs documentation, then perform inventory checks and tax confirmation procedures. Ensure strict compliance with all legal requirements and actively optimize logistics and customs workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Export, Versand oder Zollabwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Exportaufträgen
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
