Conduct telephone and written inquiries regarding life and pension insurance performance requests, including death cases, accident deaths, and disability benefits. Independently process private pAV and bAV cases by legally verifying performance scenarios, clarifying third-party rights, and determining beneficiaries. Perform manual calculations for contract changes during pension receipt periods and execute payment disbursements within your competencies. This role sits within the Operations and IT division, where the team improves processes to handle customer matters faster and more digitally.
