Job Summary
Conduct consultations with home builders during the planning phase, from initial ideas through to building permit applications. Develop and coordinate individual house floor plans and building layouts while managing appointment schedules for planning and sampling sessions. Align on equipment details such as roofs, facades, windows, and bathroom/kitchen designs. Coordinate building application documents in collaboration with drafting staff and technical departments. Serve as the primary interface between clients, planning, and technical implementation for construction projects. Requires C1 German proficiency, structured problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Full-time position with flexible hours, 21% employer contribution to pension, and comprehensive onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Freude an Kundenberatung, Kommunikation und Planung von Bauprojekten
- Interesse an Hausbau, Architektur, Immobilien oder Innenausbau
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau)
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Bauherren
- Quereinsteiger mit einer kaufmännischen oder technischen Ausbildung
- Interesse an digitaler Planung und modernen Bauprozessen
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung im Bauwesen
- Vorkenntnisse im Bereich AutoCAD
- Ausbildung aus Bereichen Immobilien, Vertrieb oder Beratung
