Job Summary
Manage electrical device files and perform general SAP booking corrections and equipment maintenance entries. Verify and adjust SAP equipment for the Peri RTWL and WAO Puma retrofit program, resolve cross-departmental special cases, and ensure proper invoice settlement for completed orders. Process monthly manufacturing hour accounting for general and additional costs, handle multi-cost orders, and order consumption-based materials while booking assembly warehouse and Kanban stock. Scan device files, input error messages, and support the team lead in maintaining SQCDM boards. Requires successful completion of a commercial office training or equivalent, excellent SAP skills, and strong German and English language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse im strukturellen Aufbau und Zusammenhang der Baugruppen des Peri RTWL sowie der Waffenanlage Optik
- Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Tätigkeit im produktionsnahen Montageumfeld wünschenswert
