Process and audit card applications and expenditures, oversee gift packaging, and maintain the customer wardrobe. Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improvements with internal teams and clients. Work flexible hours between 10 and 20 hours daily, requiring strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
