Conduct monthly payroll and wage calculations, including complex scenarios like shift allowances and operational pension contributions. Prepare legally mandated reports for tax authorities and social insurance agencies while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Advise employees on personnel and labor law matters and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Generate analytics and reports to support workforce planning. Handle inquiries from financial and social insurance bodies during audits. Requires extensive experience in payroll accounting and tax/social insurance law.
