Conduct creditor invoice verification by reviewing incoming bills against predefined IT system processes. Monitor compliance with relevant deadlines and resolve outstanding issues independently via email with market partners. Communicate with partners while adhering to legal regulations. Optimize workflows by analyzing reports, evaluating energy data quality, and performing error analysis and correction. Create and update quality-relevant documents such as work instructions and checklists. Collaborate regularly within the team and with other departments. This role supports the process services division of DAM GmbH, the energy utility process service provider established in 2005. The position is available as an indefinite-term full-time or part-time role with flexible hybrid work arrangements starting immediately.
