Job Summary
Process mortgage financing applications by verifying document completeness and preparing credit files for bank partners. Maintain accurate customer data and organize loan records to ensure smooth processing for advisors. Communicate professionally with clients, banks, and internal teams via phone, email, and post while supporting organizational tasks. Collaborate with the Berlin-based team to refine processes and improve workflows. This role offers an unbundled contract with structured hours Monday through Friday, including home office options, and provides extensive training for credit specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Erste Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise bei einer Bank, Versicherung, einem Finanzdienstleister oder im Immobilienumfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Einen sicheren Umgang mit PC, Internet und digitalen Tools
- Eine strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Kommunikation und Service
- Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
