Job Summary
Handle orders, process returns, and communicate with customers via email or phone. Verify locked orders for payment and address accuracy, then unlock business accounts. Publish items in the online shop and upload products to marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Inform clients about shipping delays. Work part-time, approximately 20 hours daily from 8:00 to 12:00, at our Ansbach location. Required Qualifications
