Job Summary
Manage fleet vehicles in the management system by updating data, licenses, VINs, and digital records for registrations, insurance, and inspections. Process damage claims and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and workshop appointments while organizing vehicle movements and deliveries. Administer fuel and charging cards, verify invoices for workshops and tires, and support fleet analysis regarding costs, damages, and utilization. Assist with cross-site fleet topics as the team expands.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office oder Google Workspace
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
