Job Summary
Manage the entire passive loan portfolio for the SAGA corporate group in SAP, including regular capital service, new loan origination, changes, and repayments. Execute monthly reporting for the loan portfolio, support investment controlling, and prepare SAP evaluations for collateral value assessments. Provide qualified support for the annual closing and ensure data integrity for statistical filings. Represent the team in E-Banking, banking reporting, and collateral management while contributing to internal projects. Requires a bank or real estate accountant qualification, extensive SAP experience, and a structured, self-driven approach to financial tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Bankbuchhaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit im Finanz- und Darlehensbereich
- Sehr gute und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP
- routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
- Eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Zahlen
