Execute daily orders and requisitions to ensure smooth operational flow. Manage all aspects of workplace, fire, and environmental protection while overseeing telecommunications infrastructure, including handling complaints and coordinating with external partners. Document processes, lead technical change management for facility and safety management, and organize training sessions and workshops to foster cross-team collaboration. Monitor agreed-upon measures for sustained success and supervise minor construction projects and repairs to maintain reliable infrastructure. Serve as the primary contact for the integrated facility management service provider to ensure high-quality soft services, such as cleaning, are delivered.
