Job Summary
Manage order intake and processing for heating systems via email, EDI, and CC processes. Coordinate delivery dates with production planning to ensure timely order execution and handle customer complaints by developing service-oriented solutions. Provide second-level telephone support and manage special order parts while monitoring associated workflows. Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, and other departments to maintain high customer satisfaction. Requires a commercial or technical background with MS Office and ERP experience.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise mit Bezug zur SHK Branche
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung, Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder Order Management
