SACC - Asst. Group Leader

SACC - Asst. Group Leader assists Group Leaders and Site Coordinators with planning, execution and operation of an afterschool site to promote YMCA values and lifelong learning. Responsibilities include supporting program management to meet YMCA objectives, ensuring compliance with EEC licensing procedures and QRIS standards, promoting HEPA and CACFP requirements, providing accommodations for children with disabilities, supervising staff per EEC/QRIS policies, engaging families and volunteers, maintaining safe and attractive facilities, and assisting with fundraising and community partnerships. The role emphasizes relationship-building with families and staff, effective communication, and adherence to diversity and inclusive practices, with required PA/PD for educator development as per PQ Registry guidelines.
