Job Summary
Manage daily sales operations including product organization, merchandise transfers, closing transactions, and handling telephone inquiries. Identify customer needs through conversation and product knowledge while maintaining a friendly, collaborative atmosphere. Manage client mailing lists for acquisition and post-sale follow-up, ensuring respectful and individualized engagement. Proactively generate and manage social media content using digital tools to drive sales across various channels. Track performance against monthly targets for both in-store and digital sales commissions. This role is part of a national fashion group with over 60 stores, focusing on customer retention and team development through continuous training.
