Job Summary
Store Manager at SABA Chatswood Chase, reporting to the State/Regional Manager, responsible for assisting the Manager to maximise store performance through team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control while delivering a premium customer experience. Lead, coach and motivate a fast-paced retail team; drive performance to meet targets and KPIs; manage budgets, rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising, and build strong stakeholder relationships to reflect the brand values and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ retail management experience in a high end or premium retail environment
- Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Results driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
- Love for fashion and strong personal style and presentation
- Flexible and innovative approach to changing work demands
