Job Summary
Lead prospects through trials, onboarding, and early customer success stages; build and deliver engaging product demos and walkthroughs; manage a full sales cycle from discovery to close; partner with implementation and technical teams; respond to RFPs and present solutions; meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals; travel domestically 50% to 70%; translate technical concepts into business value; strong SaaS/product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, sales engineering, consulting, product, or similar)
- Experience negotiating pricing and closing new business
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear business value
- Strong understanding of SaaS or related technologies (web apps, databases, integrations)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges
- Willingness to travel domestically 50% to 70%
