SaaS Project Manager

SaaS Project Manager to oversee multiple SaaS-based projects with deadlines met, delegating to product/functional leads, managing project teams, and aligning with client and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying gaps in client project management, creating integrated project plans with key activities and milestones, assigning tasks and tracking progress, maintaining focus on end goals, communicating status to internal and external participants (including 3rd-party vendors), optimizing deliverables and timelines to reduce risks, aligning projects with Sodales’ business priorities, standardizing tools/templates for project management, and collaborating with proposal teams on timeline estimates. Requires degree in computer science or project management, 6+ years of SaaS PM experience, PMP or scrum certifications, SAP familiarity a plus, and the ability to manage 3-4 concurrent projects; strong organizational, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills. Remote option is hybrid in Toronto, Canada.
