Job Summary
Lead client onboarding and SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live, translating real-world operations into functional system workflows rather than generic templates. Configure and structure platforms based on specific client needs, run implementation calls to gather requirements, and identify gaps early to prevent broken setups. Ensure team adoption by building systems that follow actual processes, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and document repeatable implementation standards. This role demands pushing back on unrealistic requests and owning timelines under pressure to deliver systems that match how clients operate. Target start date is ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing SaaS implementations or onboarding projects
- Strong understanding of workflows, operations, and system design
- Ability to push back when something won't work (not just deliver what was asked)
- High attention to detail—especially in configuration and process flow
- Comfortable owning timelines, pressure, and client expectations
- Clear communicator—you can simplify complex systems for non-technical users
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CRM, field service, or operations platforms
- Background in RevOps, operations, or process design
- Exposure to automation tools, APIs, or integrations
