Job Summary
Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications from onboarding through retirement while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. Own platform availability, performance, and incidents, collaborating with architecture, security, and business teams to deliver secure solutions. Implement identity and access integrations using SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM, then automate operational processes to improve service efficiency. Monitor platform health, perform risk assessments, and execute remediation activities to address security and regulatory requirements. Optimize SaaS license utilization and cost transparency while supporting audits and vendor management.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Platform Engineering, Cloud Platform Engineering, Enterprise Application Support, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
- Experience with ServiceNow, Incident Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management, governance, security, compliance, and risk management
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and enterprise integration technologies
- Knowledge of monitoring, operational excellence, resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, vendor management, and operational governance
