SaaS Implementation Specialist

Job Summary
SaaS Implementation Specialist leads new client onboarding and solution configuration for the SaaS platform, remotely or onsite. Develops training sessions/materials tailored to each customer’s needs, resolves implementation/technical challenges, and tracks activation metrics during onboarding. Identifies recurring customer pain points to inform Product, and transitions customers to the retention team after successful implementation. Requires Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field and 2+ years in SaaS onboarding/implementation; strong training, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills; ability to document processes and provide actionable feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required
- 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical account management
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. SaaS platforms, project management) are a plus
- Training/teaching skills for diverse audiences
- Troubleshooting, project management, and customer relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong process documentation and feedback orientation
