Job Summary
SaaS Implementation Consultant responsible for leading end-to-end Binocs platform implementations in QC laboratories and CGT facilities. Responsibilities include managing projects to milestones and budget, conducting customer workshops to uncover current processes and data flows, translating business challenges into Binocs configurations, designing and configuring solutions with the Solution Team, developing testing strategies, guiding change management and user adoption, and driving continuous improvement through customer feedback. Must communicate plans and risks to diverse stakeholders, deliver hands-on configuration, support integrations with systems like ERP/LIMS/QMS, and travel domestically/internationally as needed. Requires 2–5 years of SaaS implementation experience, strong client-facing facilitation, problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred). Fluent English; willingness to travel; hybrid work model in Millburn, NJ with regional travel expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field
