Job Summary
Own the content engine to lift brand awareness, power lead generation, and help customers master incident management. Lead the editorial calendar, tie content to launches and campaigns, and produce blog posts, deep-dive guides, and case studies tuned for developers, SREs, and IT leaders. Collaborate with engineers for how-tos and with the CEO for thought leadership. Own discoverability through SEO and content distribution; measure engagement and sharpen strategy with insights. Stay aware of trends to keep ilert ahead of the narrative curve. Hybrid work environment with on-site and remote options in Cologne, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or developer ecosystems
- Ability to make incident response approachable for engineers and executives
- Strong copywriting and editorial calendar management
- SEO expertise and distribution strategy
- Collaboration experience with engineers and executives (CEO)
- Ability to tailor content for developers, SREs, and IT leaders
- Fluency in English; German fluency is a nice-to-have, not mandatory
