Job Summary
Manage, maintain, and integrate key SaaS services including Office365, Atlassian, Okta, Mimecast, Entra, and Slack. Administer core infrastructure applications such as Exchange, Active Directory, and file services while designing controls for data governance, Single Sign-On, identity, licensing, cost optimisation, and automation. Ensure significant investments in SaaS technologies are realised through adoption, integration, and process automation. This role supports nib's mission to protect and empower members by delivering secure, scalable, and efficient technology environments aligned with group policy.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years' experience in IT
- strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
- experience managing and optimising SaaS services
- knowledge of data governance
- knowledge of identity management
- knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO)
- knowledge of licensing
- knowledge of cost optimisation
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT related discipline
- Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory (Domain and Certificate Services)
- Proven experience with Exchange
- Proven experience with AWS FSx
- Proven experience with SaaS cloud solutions such as Office365 and related products (Code 2, Sharegate)
- Proven experience with Atlassian(Jira, JPD, JSM, Confluence)
- Proven experience with Okta
- Proven experience with Mimecast
- Proven experience with Slack
- Proven experience with Okta (Directory, SSO, Workflows)
- Interpersonal skills, such as stakeholder engagement, communication skills, active listening and customer service oriented
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability in managing technology projects
- Demonstrated ability in vendor management
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Experience in administering management and monitoring systems
- Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Professional IT Certifications such as Okta Certified Professional
