SA1 / Sr. Engg - GTS Run

Sr. Engg - GTS Run responsible for supporting production environments hosting Audit applications (KPMG Clara Workflow, KPMG Clara for Clients, and Quality & Compliance Evaluation), ensuring availability, stability, and performance. Perform incident resolution within defined SLAs, act as a technical support lead for infrastructure and platform issues, and ensure compliance with operational policies, security controls, and governance. Apply hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services to support cloud-based production environments, use Azure Application Insights and monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and root-cause analysis, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency in development, testing, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Application Support, Business Support, Engineering, Deployment, and Global Platform Operations) and participate in KPI tracking, knowledge-sharing sessions, and ongoing learning to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in Support and Operations.
