The Senior Auditor will lead audit service delivery for assigned engagements, coordinating day-to-day activities between the audit team and client to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include supervising and reviewing engagement documentation prepared by GDC/US Associates and Interns, providing coaching and timely feedback, identifying issues and facilitating resolution with GDC managers, and spotting opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients and industries. The role emphasizes professionalism, technical competence, clear communication with the engagement team, capturing feedback from Managers/Partners for team development, and contributing to continuous improvement through staff training, audits methodology alignment with regulatory standards and firm guidance (KPMG).
