Job Summary
SA Service Analyst to support accreditation testing and QA for rail-related systems. Responsibilities include building and documenting system knowledge in Confluence, maintaining traceability between architectural and QA components, conducting manual and automated end-to-end testing, estimation and defect management, and delivering QA artifacts such as test plans, strategies, and acceptance criteria. Requires experience with Jira, Confluence, ALM, and automation tools like PyCharm, plus ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across projects and suppliers. Provides a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary in the £38k–£48k per year range and a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Engineering and/or relevant Computer Science or Information Technology qualification
- ISTQB or similar certification in Advanced Test Management and Agile
