Job Summary
Asphalt Heavy Equipment Paver Operator responsible for operating the Paver Machine as part of the asphalt team under the foreman. Requires familiarity with paving machines, safe operation, pre-shift inspections, and the ability to assist with related labor duties (shoveling, raking, traffic control, and sign placement) as needed. Must maintain safety practices, work with crew, and adapt to overtime, night shifts, and travel across Texas; qualifications include 2-3 years in asphalt, 1-2 years operating paving equipment, and a High School Diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are expected, with compliance to PPE and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience within the asphalt industry
- 1-2 years' experience of operating paving equipment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Must be available for overtime, extended hours, night shifts, and weekends as required
- Some travel may be required as our operations span throughout Texas
