Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end processing support for Foreign Exchange, Money Market, and Non-Deliverable Forward products across Singapore, Australia, China, Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Perform exception checks on trade validation against source documents, manage settlement for Treasury products, and execute control and completeness checks. Monitor and handle end-to-end CLS control functions, including exception handling for unmatched trades, reconciliations, and necessary escalations. Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks within stipulated turnaround times while effectively managing pre- and post-trade inquiries via email or SWIFT. Perform monthly brokerage reconciliation and payments, driving process improvements and data analysis initiatives to enhance productivity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 year of banking operation experience
- preferably with product knowledge in Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forwards products
- Experience in various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliation, settlements etc
- Experience in process & system design analysis, automation/digitization project, project management
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Data Analytics, Design workflow
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

- Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools and programming
- Example: Tableau, VBA, Python
- Proficient in future of work knowledges & skills
