Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Material Handler responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials with inventory accuracy; perform packing, staging, order selection, RF scanning, and forklift operation; ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to PPE requirements; maintain inventory through cycle counts and physical inventories; coordinate with logistics and warehouse personnel to process shipments; maintain organized work area and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Proficiency using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
- Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and material handling procedures
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
